We had a fantastic weekend getaway at this lovely new hotel near the mall. The staff was friendly, and the room was impeccably clean and well-appointed. Despite the concert postponement, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the exceptional service. This was our second weekend stay within a year, and it never disappoints.

I enjoyed the place, everything was great. I stayed in the room that was updated and clean and available with a balcony. Excellent service, although a few employees were incompetent. The hotel's position was great very close to a movie theater and pubs.

The rooms were well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable and luxurious experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent housekeeping and 24-hour room service. We also appreciated the pet amenities available, as we were traveling with our furry friend. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities. We also enjoyed the terrace with its lovely garden furniture. our experience at this hotel was highly satisfying.

Additionally, the hotel seemed to be at full capacity, which made it a bit crowded. However, despite these minor concerns, we would definitely recommend this hotel to others for its great location, excellent service, and luxurious amenities.

The room was extremely spacious and luxurious with great pillows and soft sheets, ideal for me. the hotel's location in the Woodlands was great. - It's not far from the complimentary trolley as well as a beautiful waterfall and park.
